How the services work
Can I keep my current system?
Yes. Website + web intake, Intake Essentials, and Intake Plus deliver inquiries to your FirmLink Leads workspace with email alerts and CSV export. Your existing system can remain your workspace for active matters. Complete adds the full firm workflows.
How much does each offer cost?
Website + web intake costs $500 to build and $50/month. Essentials is $150/month with 400 voice minutes. Plus is $250/month with 1,000 minutes. Complete is $499/month with 1,000 minutes and a standard website, hosting, maintenance, and full platform workflows.
What is included in the trial?
The 30-day trial includes 100 web intakes and 100 voice minutes on voice offers. No credit card is required and there are no automatic trial overages. Website construction starts after the first paid subscription period.
What happens when an allowance runs out?
Active calls finish. Subsequent calls use your configured office or voicemail fallback. Ordinary web inquiries continue reaching the firm for manual review. Proposed voice overage is $0.49/minute, measured using aggregate seconds, and requires an enabled arrangement and spending ceiling.
Where do my leads go?
Every inquiry appears in your authenticated FirmLink Leads workspace. Authorized recipients receive email alerts. Review original answers, notes, source, timestamps, and available call artifacts, then export for your existing system. Case conversion and legal/document automation require Complete.
Can I personalize the assistant?
All offers include an assistant name and avatar. Voice offers include the existing voice choices. Select an avatar, supply an image, or request assisted custom artwork. Public visitors only access intake.
Which practice areas can I select?
New intake offers support personal injury, immigration, or both, with English and Spanish intake. Existing firms keep their configured practice areas.
Who owns the website?
A paid $500 build belongs to the customer. Complete customers become eligible for source handoff after six paid Complete periods, or can choose a $500 early buyout. Cancellation alone creates no buyout charge. Your domain stays yours. Managed intake and lead storage require an active service; a handoff without that service uses an ordinary contact form.
